Paul McCarthy: AUL is thrilled to be back here at NADA. It’s been so great to see all of these people, a really good show and we’ve had tremendous activity at our booth.

AUL was founded in 1990 by Luis Nieves in Napa, California, where we’re still headquartered today. The first 20 years, we concentrated on high-mileage used vehicle service contracts. Today, in the last decade-plus, we’ve expanded that offering to become a full total solution for our dealer partners in both new and used vehicles.

Our 32-year legacy of outstanding customer service continues today along with our many new product offerings, our unlimited time products combined with our trademark to any year, any mileage products and many new and innovative ideas make AUL an industry leader.

AUL, as I mentioned, we’re headquartered in Napa, California. We also have an office in Denver. We employ over 130 people, and our team — well, I couldn’t be more proud of that team who go to work every day to ensure that every single customer interaction is positive and helpful and successful.
