Your Place: Talking Collision Repair with Anthony Greenhalgh

Your Place: Talking Collision Repair with Anthony Greenhalgh

Dennis McGinn and Anthony Greenhalgh discuss collision repair revenue opportunities for dealerships.

In this episode, Rapid Recon Founder and CEO Dennis McGinn speaks with Anthony Greenhalgh, senior director of marketing and sales operations for Rapid Recon.

They discuss collision repair and recon. Greenhalgh taps his experience running a collsion center for a multi-location dealership. While he knows most dealerships do not have a collision center, he advises dealers not to overlook this revenue source. Even in mechanical bays, some collision repairs can be done, such as window chip repairs during an oil change.

“You’re not limited by your real estate, you’re limited by what you’re willing to do,” Greenhalgh says.

He also advises technicians to do more than a service inspection and to look for cosmetic work during the inspection as well.
