MAX Digital Launches New Product to Empower BDC Staff

MAX BDC is a three-way collaborative tool for the BDC, customer and salesperson.

MAX Digital has launched MAX BDC, a collaborative tool designed to give BDC staff instant access to the information they need. The streamlined interface gives BDC agents the power to share unique selling points for each vehicle, set appointments, provide trade-in estimates and set up car buyers for a great in-store experience.

“We’ve asked car shoppers what they need to know and how they want that information shared. On the dealership side, we’ve heard BDC reps identify issues in using traditional websites and concerns from multiple parties on the handoffs between BDC and sales teams,” shared Ryan Walker, MAX Digital VP of product and engineering. “We built MAX BDC to meet the unique needs of the BDC, the customer and the salesperson in a single connected experience.”

MAX BDC has a fast, common-language search and advanced filtering to assist BDC agents in quickly locating a vehicle for a customer without a VIN or stock number. It integrates with all major CRM systems to easily book appointments and manage leads. Built on the MAX data platform, MAX BDC benefits from extensive product information, detailed market pricing comparisons, trade-in valuation capabilities, monthly payment estimations, as well as vehicle history reporting, price validation and more. All the information the customer needs is organized for them and shared via a personalized link. The customer can add or remove vehicles, see their appointment, and adjust monthly payment information.

The salesperson has full access to the record for confirming the test drive. If the customer shows up at an unexpected time their phone can be scanned to connect all the progress they have made instantly. Any team member can pick up the experience with a seamless handoff in-store any time.

“MAX BDC completes the circle between the BDC, customer and salesperson to deliver a more enjoyable sales experience,” said MAX Digital Executive Vice President Mike Cavanaugh. “When your customers and staff are happy, great things happen in your dealership.”
