The Patrick Dealer Group, a prominent national dealer group, has launched WebBuy, the first, fully integrated, car-buying app that allows dealerships to sell vehicles online, from their own websites.
WebBuy’s dealer-centric web application allows buyers to choose a new or used vehicle, lock in a price, get an instant trade-in offer, arrange cash/finance/lease payments, and proceed to an “Amazon-like checkout,” including a credit card deposit. They can add a co-buyer, choose rebates and then complete the deal – all online.
Patrick dealerships that have introduced the WebBuy platform include Jaguar of Naperville, IL, Land Rover of Naperville, IL, and Patrick Cadillac of Schaumburg, IL.
“The Patrick Group is thrilled to partner with WebBuy in launching a solution that our customers and the market is clamoring for,” said Annette Viti, director of marketing for Patrick Dealer Group. “We vetted many companies before choosing WebBuy, and we chose WebBuy because they have a created the only solution geared for and from the auto dealer vantage point.”
“Digital retailing is the new business reality of meeting consumer expectations,” said WebBuy CEO and co-founder Tom Murray. “With WebBuy, the Patrick Dealer Group will now offer an Amazon-like experience for car buyers. We’re delighted to welcome Patrick and its customers to the WebBuy platform.”
“We created WebBuy to provide the industry with a comprehensive digital-retailing solution,” Murray said. “It has been embraced by hundreds of dealerships like Patrick’s looking to serve the growing number of consumers who want a true, digital end-to-end buying experience.”
“WebBuy is the only ‘dealer-centric,’ solution that we found in the marketplace and their deep knowledge of the actual dealership sales process was really the difference in why we chose to partner with WebBuy,” said Alex Razvi, director of variable operations for Patrick Dealer Group.
