Manheim Pennsylvania Hosts Annual Xtreme Spring Sale

Manheim Pennsylvania hosted its annual Xtreme Spring Sale event from March 19-22, bringing its legendary excitement and energy to the lanes and raising money for Aaron’s Acres. The local nonprofit organization provides opportunities for children and young adults with disabilities to participate in innovative social and recreational programs.

Its largest sales event of the year for 15 years running, Manheim Pennsylvania hosted 7,000 dealers onsite and via Simulcast. Attendees bid on 2,090 units, including the world famous Highline and 100 Grander sales events, resulting in 1,258 units sold for a 60.2% conversion rate.

The festivities concluded with an evening gala that raised $86,000 for Aaron’s Acres through client donations and a live auction that featured artwork from the organization’s camp members, a trip to the Kentucky Derby and a 2023 Ford Bronco. The vehicle was purchased by Andrew and Angela DeLeo of Manheim Used Car Factory. In addition, Joey Logano’s custom 2021 Ford Bronco sold for $64,000 to Schroeder Motors LLC, with the proceeds benefitting the NASCAR champion’s foundation that supports young people experiencing difficult times, especially those in the foster care system.

“The generosity of Manheim Pennsylvania and all of the Xtreme Spring attendees in support of our mission was more than we ever could have expected and truly a gift we will cherish for a long time,” said Risa C. Paskoff, MSW, ACSW, executive director of Aaron’s Acres. “In addition to raising awareness about our organization, the funds from this event will help us continue to meet the varying challenges of children and young adults with disabilities in central Pennsylvania.”

“Our team at Manheim Pennsylvania and clients are grateful for the opportunity to support Aaron’s Acres during this year’s Xtreme Spring Sale event as a way of giving back to the Lancaster community,” added Joey Hughes, Manheim Pennsylvania vice president and general manager.
