ComplyNet, AFIP Announce Compliance and Certification Alliance at NADA

ComplyNet will offer AFIP F&I certifications and F&I courses from the ABLE compliance management software.

The Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals (AFIP) and ComplyNet have announced an alliance to deliver best-in-class certification and compliance solutions to automobile dealerships across the country. As a result of the alliance, ComplyNet will offer AFIP F&I certifications and AFIP F&I courses from ComplyNet’s ABLE compliance management software, and AFIP will offer compliance and risk mitigation solutions from ComplyNet covering the areas of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Human Resources (HR), and Privacy and Safeguards.

“Compliance does not need to be confusing, costly, or time-consuming,” said Adam Crowell, president and general counsel of ComplyNet. “AFIP set the gold standard for efficiently educating, distilling and certifying F&I professionals, and together, we will help dealers comply, certify and simplify with an intuitive system that is easy to use, comprehensive and promotes top-to-bottom participation in an environment that is both collaborative and creative,” Crowell concluded.

“We chose to align with ComplyNet because we share the same values,” said Shannon Robertson, executive director of AFIP. “We have always promoted behaviorial-based programming, and ComplyNet is changing the delivery of compliance to the auto industry in a way that is both behavioral and cultural,” concluded Robertson.
