Autosoft Unveils a New DMS and Standalone Inventory Management Product at NADA 2019

The new DMS platform provides built-in features for consolidated multi-store transactions, intra-store team tasking and consumer communication tools throughout the entire platform.

Autosoft Inc. previewed its new SaaS-based single platform solution at the NADA Show 2019. The new platform provides built-in features for consolidated multi-store transactions, intra-store team tasking and consumer communication tools throughout the entire platform. With built-in functionality, the platform gives dealers a central performance hub with advanced user-based features to reduce keystrokes and increase utilization.

“Our advanced design, guided learning and built-in automation are keys to accomplishing more in less time and helping dealers spend more valuable time with their customers,” says Steve Neu, director of product and development at Autosoft.

The new platform includes the first fully centralized data center that allows for real-time record monitoring, analysis and measurement of key performance objectives.

“Autosoft’s first-of-its-kind data model and one, single timeline view of customer interactions and events will differentiate us from legacy solutions,” says Bryce Veon, president and CEO of Autosoft.

The platform provides a competitive advantage to all dealerships in today’s modern retail environment. The new technology protects, cleans and distributes dealership’s data with 100-percent dealer control.

Autosoft Inc. also announced at NADA that it has developed and launched a standalone inventory management solution, named AIM.

AIM provides dealerships with the ability to maximize profitability of its used car operations at an affordable cost. Utilizing Autosoft’s Market Based Pricing strategy, AIM mines data from over 2.5 million unique VINs every day and provides end users with unparalleled pricing accuracy, the company said.

A custom mobile application is included with AIM and designed to appraise vehicles anywhere with embedded VIN scanning and is available for both iOS and Android operating systems. AIM is integrated with live auction data, all major book providers, vehicle history reports and recall data. AIM also prepares buyer’s guides, window stickers and other printed collateral right from the inventory record, saving dealers time and money.

“Market-based pricing from Autosoft’s Market Analysis ensures that you have everything you need to make informed pricing decisions, win more trades and make more deals,” said Veon.
