Digital Air Strike, a division of DAS Technology, announced in a press release the company was selected by the Kentucky Automobile Dealers Association (KADA) to provide Customer Experience (CX) technology to its dealer members. As a KADA Preferred PartnerDigital Air Strike will provide its digital marketing, reputation management, AI chat and patented lead response technology solutions to enable dealers to attract, convert and retain more customers.

Digital Air Strike has empowered dealers to leverage social media and online review sites to connect with consumers since its inception in 2010, the release stated. DAS has since expanded its CX tech and Consumer Data & Experience Platform (CDXP) to give thousands of dealers nationwide a competitive advantage.

“Digital Air Strike is excited the Kentucky Automobile Dealers Association chose us as a preferred partner,” said Scott Pechstein, SVP of business development at DAS Technology. “Our solutions enable dealers to improve their process with world-class customer engagement, from automated lead response and follow-up to AI chat and reputation management. Digital Air Strike enables dealers to provide that personal touch, so they don’t choose the many other competing companies vying for their business. From Google Vehicle Ads and advertisements on streaming channels to post-transaction surveys and review requests, DAS provides the CX solutions and processes dealers need to succeed in today’s ever-changing market.

“With innovative CX technology and an expert team known for its stellar customer service, Digital Air Strike is the perfect addition to our Preferred Partner Program,” said Jason Wilson, president of the Kentucky Automobile Dealers Association. “Our Kentucky dealers deserve the best of the best, and Digital Air Strike has the tools to help our dealers face their challenges in today’s auto industry.”
