Women in Automotive Spring Conference Rescheduled

Hyatt Grand Regency Cypress Grove hotel reservations made through the Women in Automotive conference room block will automatically be cancelled.

After closely monitoring the evolving situation with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, the Women in Automotive has rescheduled the 2020 June Annual Conference, which was originally planned for June 14-16, 2020.

“We made this decision after careful and thoughtful consideration of many factors, including the increasing number of cases of COVID-19, its impact on communities around the country and the world, and the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, staff and guests,” said the group.

The 2020 Women in Automotive Conference is rescheduled for Oct. 31 through Nov. 2, 2020, at the Hyatt Grand Regency Cypress Grove, One Grand Cypress Blvd., Orlando, FL 32836.

Information for Registrants:

If you registered for the 2020 Conference prior to March 24, 2020, the Women in Automotive will keep your full registration active, and you will have the option to attend the conference on the rescheduled dates. If you cannot attend on the new dates, email a cancellation to [email protected], (the group is waiving cancellation fees for registrations prior to 3/24/2020).

Hotel Reservations:

If you made a hotel reservation at the Hyatt Grand Regency Cypress Grove, through the Women in Automotive conference room block (for the original conference dates in June), the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation. All conference registrants will need to re-book their hotel reservations for the rescheduled conference dates. The booking link for the new event will be available in a few weeks.

The speaker application cut-off date is extended to Sept. 1, 2020.
