UDS and Dealer Marketing Link Acquisition

Dealer Marketing Link has a decades-long track record of providing valuable F&I services to its dedicated dealer clients.

UDS, a division of Brown & Brown Dealer Services, announces the acquisition of Dealer Marketing Link, a Pennsylvania-based F&I operation.

“Joining the Brown & Brown team in May provided UDS with expanding resources and a greater presence in the United States,” said Randy Crisorio, UDS president and CEO. “Merging Dealer Marketing Link operations into UDS furthers that presence. We are very excited to have them on board and look forward to serving their current dealer partners and the Pennsylvania market.”

Dealer Marketing Link has a decades-long track record of providing valuable F&I services to its dedicated dealer clients. UDS will look to enhance those value-added services through its award-winning training and development platform. The commitment to deliver superior products, support and profits for those dealers remains paramount in UDS planning for 2020.
