TrueSpot debuted two exciting new components of its location intelligence service at this year’s NADA 2022 Show in Las Vegas.
TrueSpot has transformed retail automotive dealer operations by giving them the ability to accurately locate, map and manage dealership operations, thus eliminating unnecessary loss, maximizing customer satisfaction and accelerating sales. It is going a step further this weekend with the roll out of its Fixed Ops 360 and newly expanded integration with CDK Global, a leading automotive retail technology company.
The Fixed Ops 360 product uses geo-intelligence to enhance the dealer’s customer service experience by enabling them to be able to locate and track a customer’s vehicle and keys at all times. It also provides automated alerts to know when a customer’s vehicle is ready, tracks loaner vehicles while off the lot, sends alerts when a loaner vehicle is being returned and provides after hours alerts if a customer’s vehicle is moved.
The expanded integration with CDK will streamline recon operations into one solution, meaning that not only can CDK customers locate assets like cars or keys with TrueSpot’s Fixed Ops 360, but dealers can manage Repair Orders and parts & labor for recon directly through TrueRecon, a vehicle reconditioning platform with geo-validation and real time asset location, now available in the Fortellis marketplace.
“This integration will result in dramatic improvements in time savings and reporting accuracy,” said Mike Hanna, CEO and founder of TrueSpot. “We are dedicated to keeping dealers ahead of technology and empowering them to work smarter. CDK dealers can now go way beyond finding cars and keys to make the work of managing their operation easier and more profitable. With TrueRecon and Fixed Ops 360, dealers never have to wonder where their assets are or where their operations are leaking margins. It takes the guess work out of dealer work.”
Sandy Orlando, senior vice president, Data and Fortellis, CDK Global said CDK is very pleased to offer integration with TrueSpot in the Fortellis Marketplace. “It will bring innovative operations solutions to dealers,” Orlando said. “Leveraging the power of the Fortellis marketplace allows companies like TrueSpot to be part of a growing number of offerings that are shaping the future of automotive retail.”
Customers who have had the opportunity to experience the features prior to the rollout are pleased with how well it has performed.
“TrueSpot helps us deliver the consist service that all clients are looking for. We are able to put them at ease and ensure they have a smooth experience,” said Stephen Rand, service director, Mercedes-Benz of Plano.
