Technology Creates New Showroom Buying Experience for Consumers

Dealers can digitally capture customer data and sell more vehicles, all while reducing overhead costs.

Ez Tech Platforms has developed technology that gives auto dealers the ability to adapt to current and future consumer buying trends created by the Covid-19 pandemic. Their Ez Fast Track Check-In technology will allow consumers to navigate a contact-free and seamless buying experience through their patent-pending technology, effectively increasing sales up to 24%.

Using a QR code digital tool located at the dealership showroom floor entrance, customers can enjoy a frictionless greeting and a no-pressure buying experience.

Customers will check in to the department of their choice through the use of their smartphone and digitally enter their data, which goes directly to department management via their Ez Fast Track Dashboard. Empowered with the customer data, the dealer can then digitally manage the customer experience.

Ez FastTrack Check-In technology gives dealerships the ability to digitally capture customer data, sell more vehicles, make more profit, all while reducing the overhead costs in all departments.

“This exciting new dealer tool dramatically lowers the initial ‘sales barrier’ that most customers arrive with,” said Mike Shell, a 35-year industry veteran who played a key role in designing the platform. “The digital exchange gives both parties a sense of control, which can only improve the vehicle dealership experience.”

EZ Tech Platforms offers retail experience platforms using patented technology to automate the sales, demo and showroom processes for the company’s clients and their customers.
