Proactive Dealer Solutions’ (PDS) CallerCX earned PCG Digital’s Automotive Website Awards (AWA) during the 2020 NADA Conference and Exposition as a “Rising Star” in its Business Intelligence category, joining only 24 businesses and individuals to earn the prestigious honor this year.
PDS, a call, lead and process management platform, is credited with creating the BDC concept more than 25 years ago. Today, it serves several industries with a proprietary platform, CallerCX, designed to help automotive retailers improve sales by enhancing telephony processes, training managers and team members, and using powerful, smart algorithms, AI and speech recognition to assist clients in improving sales, profit margins and the overall customer experience.
The much sought-after AWAs were started in 2008 to recognize the best vendors in automotive digital marketing. Since then, they’ve become a benchmark in the automotive industry for innovative products in technology, design, search marketing and social media.
This year, hundreds of industry leaders were in attendance as they awaited the reveal of this year’s AWA award recipients. The awards were presented by Brian Pasch, CEO and founder of PCG Companies, Glenn Pasch, CEO-partner of PCG Digital and Beth Braswell, senior editor of PCG Companies.
“Our team has worked tirelessly in recent years to make our CallerCX call intelligence platform the most efficient and cutting-edge business intelligence platform in the industry,” said Jason Beckett, COO of Proactive Dealer Solutions. “Earning this prestigious award among so many top-quality vendors is truly an honor, one which we will share and celebrate with our teams in the U.S. and Canada.”
During the NADA convention, PDS announced that CallSource, a leading call tracking and data analytics gathering firm, and its partner AutoID, a leader in marketing attribution, entered into a partnership agreement.
This agreement between CallSource and AutoID will give them the ability to leverage PDS’ powerful, call intelligence service via the application program interface (API) to take advantage of its best-in-class speech recognition, voice biometrics and AI-powered call scoring to further enhance its own call tracking, coaching/training and marketing automation platform.
“We were very pleased at the attention this partnership garnered at NADA,” Beckett said. “We’ve forged new relationships and have plans for developing new, more robust APIs for vendors to the automotive retail industry. It’s an exciting time.”
This year, the categories for the 2020 AWAs included Lighthouse Award, Websites (US & EU), Sales Process, Social Media, Website Merchandising, Marketing Automation, Digital Retailing, Digital Marketing, Fixed Operations, Dealership Management, and Business Intelligence as well as the coveted VANGUARD Award.
