CentralBDC Acquires AutoAwards Loyalty & Marketing Solutions

CentralBDC also announced that moving forward the company will now operate under the name Better Car People (BCP).

CentralBDC announced in a press release the acquisition of its third company, AutoAwards. A leader in automotive and marine dealership loyalty marketing, AutoAwards has longstanding relationships with many of the most successful dealer groups and OEMs. The company joins the growing portfolio that already includes PowerBDC and Better Car People, further solidifying the mission to create a world-class customer engagement platform that focuses on improving how automotive OEMs and retailers communicate with consumers, the release stated.

AutoAwards, which has a 30-year history in the automotive industry, is a perfect strategic addition, the company said. Its loyalty programs help foster and maintain long-term customer relationships through highly targeted marketing and lifecycle communications, merchant partner networks, certificate rewards systems, pre-paid maintenance (PPM) program management, gift card platform and branded apps. These programs create dealership loyalty, allowing customers to earn points every time they purchase merchandise or services from selected dealerships. Points are accumulated and applied toward the purchase of the customer’s next new or pre-owned vehicle, services and other awards.
