DriveCentric launches its new DirectChat tool, a smart and efficient product focused on making your customer’s chats flow from your website into your CRM more freely. Dealerships can now chat with their customers from their dealer website and reply directly from the DriveCentric CRM without lead submission. DirectChat is available for both desktop and mobile use.

Product Features:

  • No more ADF/XML chat leads
  • Real-time communication from inside the DriveCentric CRM
  • After-Hours features to auto qualify chat leads
  • Built from the ground up to work directly inside DriveCentric desktop and mobile app

“At DriveCentric, we know that time equals money for our dealer partners. This new tool will allow our customers a more streamlined experience that will ultimately lead to a more efficient sales process. We are very excited for dealers and consumers to reap the benefits of this new product,” says Drew Adler, director of operations at DriveCentric.

Those who schedule a demo during the month of July will get two free months of DirectChat.
