Car Wars Partners with Kenect to Offer New Texting Integration

Dealerships who partner with Kenect and Car Wars can streamline communication and instantly connect customers with their intended party.

Car Wars is excited to announce a partnership with Kenect, a leader in the texting platform space, to bring automotive and RV dealers a best-in-class combined offering of call tracking and texting platforms.

Typically, to allow customers to both text and call the business, a dealership would have to provide customers with a line for texting and a line for phone calls. This experience is cumbersome for customers and also results in a loss of both phone calls and texts when customers attempt to text or call a number without the correct functionality.

Dealerships who partner with Kenect and Car Wars can streamline communication and instantly connect customers with their intended party. By leveraging the integration, your customers can call and text via the same phone number. Text messages will show in Kenect so agents can quickly handle the conversation, and calls on that same line will connect to the intended party at the dealership and provide tracking, categorization and reporting on those phone calls through Car Wars.

These exchanges will provide dealers with up-to-date customer records in CRM for a modernized workflow.

“The number of consumers who consider texting as their preferred method of communication with dealerships is ever-increasing, especially in the Service Department. Kenect is one of the most powerful texting platforms on the market with intelligent routing, auto response capabilities and can even facilitate payments,” says Car Wars CEO, Stephen Bay. “We’re excited to bring them into the Car Wars ecosystem as a valued partner with a tight integration that we know will deliver return for our customers.”

As the partnership continues, Car Wars and Kenect will innovate to provide improved customer experience and transparency over both calls and texts.

“Kenect is excited to team up with Car Wars. This integration will be a game-changer in the industry, allowing businesses to send and receive text messages from their business’ number, collect payments and generate leads through texting. We’re so thrilled to be partners with a great company like Car Wars to add even more tools to help businesses succeed,” said Shaun Sorensen, Kenect CEO.
