Portfolio has been named a Top Workplace in Orange County, CA, for the fourth straight year. Based on a survey of employees and sponsored by The Orange County Register, the program recognizes businesses based in America’s sixth-most populous county for building cultures that make employees feel “engaged, appreciated and fulfilled.”  

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Lake Forest, CA, Portfolio also has offices in Dallas and Cleveland. The reinsurance and F&I products provider and administrator first made the list of OC Top Workplaces in 2016 and ranked a company-high No. 35 in its category in 2020.  

This year’s survey was designed to measure 15 “culture drivers” experts say reflect an organization’s overall health, employee engagement and results.
