AUL Corp Named To ‘Best Places to Work’ List for 7th Consecutive Year

Participating companies can only be nominated or voted by their employees for this list, according to the North Bay Business Journal rules. The submissions also undergo a comprehensive review by the business journal’s editorial staff.

AUL Corp., a leading full-service automotive finance and insurance (F&I) provider, has been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in the North Bay for the seventh consecutive year by the North Bay Business Journal, announced Jimmy Atkinson, president and CEO of AUL Corp.

The North Bay Business Journal is a leading business publication in the Northern San Francisco Bay area and for the last 15 years their annual competition has recognized Northern San Francisco Bay Area companies that excel in quality, professionalism, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie, as voted on directly by their employees.

Participating companies can only be nominated or voted by their employees for this list, ensuring only the most qualified firms are included, according to the North Bay Business Journal rules. The submissions also undergo a comprehensive review by the business journal’s editorial staff to eliminate duplicate or fraudulent entries, ensuring a genuine and equitable result.

“At AUL, we have long held that that our people will always be our most valuable asset, and as such we strive to treat them as respected members of the AUL family,” Atkinson said. “When our team members are empowered and supported, they deliver that same care and passion through to our agents, dealers and customers — delivering a superior customer experience that is difficult to match. To be honored by them during a year where everyone has had to transition to a work from home environment, it is a wonderful validation of our efforts.”

Founded in 1987, the North Bay Business Journal’s coverage has expanded from Santa Rosa to the rest of the North Bay area, covering Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Solano, Mendocino and Lake Counties in the San Francisco Bay Area. This year’s competition was cosponsored by Kaiser Permanente, Exchange Bank and the staffing specialists at Nelson.

AUL Corp. and the other winners will be honored at a virtual Awards Celebration on  Sept. 23 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Santa Rosa.
