Wholesale Exotics Announces Hires to Expand Operations

The exotic marketplace is the fastest growing sector in the industry, with the pre-owned exotic market up to three times the size of the new market.

Wholsale Exotics Inc. has announced the hire of Business Development Manager Mike Shell.

“We are excited to have Mr. Shell onboard and the 30 years of dealer development experience that he will use to help us to expand our operations into several new markets,” said Michael Simon, founder of Wholesale Exotics. “The exotic marketplace is the fastest growing sector in the industry, with the pre-owned exotic market up to three times the size of the new market.”

“I am thrilled to be involved with such a great team that Mr. Simon has brought together at Wholesale Exotics,” said Shell. “The traditional dealership can now have a new tool to take in both exotics and high luxury vehicles that they may have had to turn away in the past. With a deep understanding of what it takes to offer dealerships a fast bid with same-day transfer of funds, we intend to build relations with dealers across the U.S.”

To serve dealers better, Simon has also hired industry veteran Mike Webster as general sales manager. Webster brings over 20 years’ experience to the team. He started his career in Chicago, and since 2000 has worked with Ferrari, Lamborghini and Rolls Royce.
