Zuriki brings 20+ years of leadership experience in the software industry and is recognized as a customer-focused and data-driven strategist, capable of delivering scalable products, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving customer delight and financial success.
Prior to joining TotalCX, Zuriki held the role of principal technical product manager at Nuance Communications (a Microsoft Company). During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in steering the development of the omnichannel customer engagement solution, focusing extensively on reporting and analytics. Zuriki remains at the forefront of technology trends, particularly focusing on the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML), with a strong emphasis on promoting ethical use of AI.
