RouteOne Introduces On-Demand Digital Retailing Solutions

Industry collaborators can seamlessly connect and utilize RouteOne’s On-Demand APIs as the conduit to power online experiences tailored to support their unique digital retailing strategies.

RouteOne has introduced RouteOne On-Demand, a suite of API services that power enterprise-level digital retailing solutions.

The company announced the introduction in a press release, stating that RouteOne On-Demand enables the digital future of automotive retail with unparalleled efficiency, flexibility and customization capabilities to help deliver a modern, secure, compliant and consumer-centered vehicle purchase experience, including financing and protection products.

RouteOne’s open integration platform is founded on the principle of enabling customer choice of systems and services, which has established a reputation of trust within its extensive network of dealers, finance sources, OEMs and integrated F&I software providers.

As consumers increasingly embark on their journeys through a multi-channel approach, RouteOne has extended its capabilities by deploying these same micro-services behind the scenes to integrated technology providers through access to on-demand APIs.

This powerful technology suite empowers RouteOne’s integrated partners to craft their own distinctive solutions and value propositions. FinTechs, OEMs, technology-forward dealers and other industry collaborators can seamlessly connect and utilize RouteOne’s On-Demand APIs as the conduit to power online experiences tailored to support their unique digital retailing strategies, the release stated.

These services power the entire F&I shopping and purchase process, including support for the ability to:

• Submit and Receive Credits Applications and Decisions
• Validate Credit
• Validate Customer Identities
• Update Supporting Integrated Systems
• Provide Quotes for Both Purchase and Payoff
• Display Real-time Aftermarket Pricing and Marketing Tools
• Upload Documentation
• Automate and Validate eContracting Deal Structures
• eSign Remotely

Adoption and utilization of this growing functionality suite continues to increase year over year. As an example, RouteOne’s Auto Submit feature, which allows industry partners to use their branded consumer-facing UI to collect data, deliver to a dealer in RouteOne and automatically submit to Finance Sources based on predetermined logic, has experienced:

• 109% increase in the number of integrated partners since 2019
• 240% increase in credit application volume since 2019

The RouteOne On-Demand suite of APIs was engineered with the same powerful, secure and compliant technology underpinnings of RouteOne’s in-store and showroom solution set. This design creates the opportunity for unique, industry-leading omni-channel experiences. RouteOne customers envision a customer experience, and RouteOne collaborates to realize the vision and integrate it into the dealers’ sales, contracting and compliance processes.

“RouteOne On-Demand marks a significant step forward toward the digital future of automotive retail, embodying unparalleled efficiency and flexibility, on a trusted foundation,” stated Amanda George, chief product officer, RouteOne. “These solutions can empower a new era of consumer-centered solutions from a reliable partner for dealers, finance sources, and industry partners, allowing them to connect and craft unique solutions, fostering collaboration in the automotive ecosystem.”
