In this role, Farabaugh will oversee all OEM and large dealership group accounts.

Quantum5 recently announced they have appointed David Farabaugh as director of enterprise accounts.

In this role, Farabaugh will oversee all OEM and large dealership group accounts. A life-long automotive professional, he comes to Quantumwith over 20 years of OEM experience. He has spent much of his career calling on dealers, but has also worked extensively in regional and national management roles. “We are thrilled to welcome David into our organization,” said David O’Brien, president and CEO of Quantum5. “He’s had an illustrious career in automotive and we’re lucky to have someone with his kind of knowledge and experience on our team.”

When asked why Farabaugh decided to join Quantum5, he said, “It was a no-brainer. Quantum is the best at what they do. They provide an unparalleled training experience for dealerships and I’m excited to be a part of their innovative and groundbreaking approach.”

Farabaugh shares in Quantum5‘s view that dealers are amongst the most resourceful businesspeople, as they have worked through every economic uncertainty imaginable and always persevere. Farabaugh continued, “The automotive retail market has seen some changes in recent years. During the pandemic, dealers were forced to truly embrace new, omni-channel sales methods as a matter of necessity. Now, shoppers simply expect that dealers are going to flex to whichever buying style they prefer. Quantum5‘s solution set is specifically directed at helping automotive professionals understand customer styles and then reduce the friction in the process to improve sales.”

“Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some amazing dealers across the country. But as with anything, there is always room to get better,” Farabaugh said. “I learned very early on in my career how important training is for employees. You can’t provide a great customer experience until you provide a great employee experience. Happy, well-prepared employees equals customers who are raving fans and that is what Quantum does best.”
