This panel discussion will feature insights from leaders paving the way for more women to join the automotive retail industry.

As part of NADA Show 2020 and sponsored by Ally, the NADA Women Driving Auto Retail Brunch offers women the chance to share ideas and learn from the leaders who are creating opportunities, driving business and changing the future of automotive.

Because empowering women in the auto industry means working together, men are welcome to attend as well, to share, collaborate in and support this important initiative.

The brunch will be held Sunday, Feb. 16, noon-2:30 p.m. at Encore Las Vegas.

“Creating a Dealership Culture Inclusive of Women”

Sherry Schultz, chief human resource officer for Walser Automotive Group Chief in Minneapolis, MN, and Evelyn Chatel, general manager at Bean Auto Group in Miami, FL, will share how they have each made strides in hiring and retaining women in their respective dealerships. They’ll also share best practices and tools to help dealerships across the country do the same. The session will be moderated by NADA board member Annette DiLorenzo Thayer, dealer and owner of Quality Mazda in Albuquerque, NM.

Note this is a separate, ticketed event and is not included with your NADA Show 2020 registration. The cost of attending is $75 for dealers and dealership employees / $125 for expo vendors.
