Jonathan Jackson Takes on Chief Experience Officer Role at TotalCX

Jackson brings in-depth knowledge of automotive technology needs, dealership operations as well as dealership client management.

TotalCX has announced the promotion long-time employee Jonathan Jackson to its chief experience officer role.

Jackson has held numerous positions in automotive software including eight years at TotalCX as both the director of partner accounts and lead product manager. Prior to joining TotalCX, he held continuously advanced positions in support and account management at Car-Research XRM. With this extensive experience, Jackson brings in-depth knowledge of automotive technology needs, dealership operations as well as dealership client management. In his new role, he will be responsible for both the support and account management teams that serve the TotalCX customer base.
