iA American Warranty Group (iA American) announced that the company has been chosen to receive eight 2023 Dealers’ Choice Awards in the following categories:
• New Vehicle Leads (Diamond—for Dealer Wizard)
• Digital Marketing (Diamond—for Dealer Wizard)
• Sales Training (Diamond)
• F&I Training (Gold)
• Special Finance Training (Platinum)
• Reinsurance & Participation (Gold)
• F&I Menu Software (Platinum)
• Data Mining (Platinum—for Dealer Wizard)
For the second year in a row, and with many new and updated categories this year, iA American received more awards than anyone else in the industry, the company said. It marks the first time iA American has received three awards for training and the first time the Dealer Wizard team has been awarded three wins.

Now, in its 19th year, the Dealers’ Choice Awards are determined solely by dealers and dealership personnel. Voters were asked to complete at least five of the survey’s 31 categories, entering their partner company’s name and scoring them on quality, value, customer service and whether they would recommend that company to another dealer.
