ACERTUS Acquires Guardian Auto Transport

Strategic acquisition poised to accelerate company growth and strengthen market position.

ACERTUS, the largest automotive logistics-as-a-service platform, today announced its strategic acquisition of Guardian Auto Transport, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion efforts. This latest move solidifies ACERTUS’ commitment to strengthening its platform with best-in-class logistics, now supporting large-format vehicles.

The acquisition underscores ACERTUS’ strategic growth plan, reinforcing its dedication to being the premier comprehensive auto logistics platform tailored for the movement, storage, reconditioning, titling, and registration of finished vehicles.

Acquisition is effective immediately. This is the sixth transaction for ACERTUS whose parent company MetroGistics purchased MetroTitle, Amerifleet, McNutt, VehicHaul TMS, and most recently, RCG Logistics. TD Cowen served as exclusive financial advisor to ACERTUS in the Guardian Auto Transport transaction.
