STELLA Automotive AI, provider of high-end conversational AI technology, announced that Ben Okuka has joined the executive team as Head of Product.

The need for turnkey conversational AI solutions remains high as automotive dealers struggle with access to talent while experiencing high inbound telephone traffic.  Created to answer automotive dealership telephones, STELLA Automotive AI is committed to helping retail automotive dealers deploy transformative AI technology.

Ben Okuka is an automotive product leader with over a decade of experience building digital products that power the vehicle shopping, buying, and ownership lifecycle. He’s obsessed with simplifying the car buying and ownership experience and has worked with auto brands, dealers, and technology partners to advance this mission. Before joining STELLA Automotive AI, Ben was Director of Digital Product Management at Rocket Auto and Director of Product Management at FordDirect. In addition to automotive, Ben has experience in software development and consulting in the eCommerce, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Digital Marketing industries. Ben has an MBA from Western Michigan University, a bachelor degree in Business Administration, and an associate degree in Computer Science from Middle East University in Beirut, Lebanon.
