Gubagoo and Kia America Inc. Join Forces to Enhance Kia.com

Kia America has partnered with Gubagoo, the leader in conversational commerce for automotive dealerships, to deliver chat services for Kia.com.

Gubagoo, the leading provider of digital retailing and conversational commerce for automotive dealerships, announced today it’s partnering with Kia America to bring its award winning chat services to Kia.com.

“For years, Gubagoo has been a market leader in empowering dealerships across the country to connect with their customers,” said Brad Title, president of Gubagoo. “Now we are taking that same opportunity and applying it to the manufacturer’s website as well.”

Gubagoo’s chat service on Kia.com connects with buyers in real time 24/7/365, improving the online customer experience and helping dealers service and sell more vehicles. Gubagoo’s dynamic messaging technology is designed to maximize chat engagement by delivering a highly personalized chat experience to customers browsing Kia.com.

Kia dealerships currently using Gubagoo as their website chat provider will now get the added benefit of customers experiencing a frictionless transition to their website from Kia.com. They’ll also be able to enter chats on Kia.com, just as they can on their own website.

With a single, seamless chat experience, customers will avoid disruption and confusion caused by interacting with a different system from site to site. This will keep deals moving and customers happy.

Kia dealerships not currently using Gubagoo as their chat provider will get access to Gubagoo’s GLive portal. Through GLive, these dealerships will be able to monitor and access chats involving their dealership on Kia.com.

“We are honored to be selected by Kia America to provide this service,” said Title. “We look forward to supporting and empowering successful engagement with all consumer types by anticipating their communication wants and needs when they visit Kia.com and the websites of their dealers.”
