Quantum5 Announces Award-Winning GM to Join Advisory Board

With nearly two decades of experience as a dealership GM, Kramer understands the training required to give dealerships the skillset needed to succeed in a technology-driven, fast-moving world.

Quantum5 announced the appointment of Brian Kramer, general manager at Germain Toyota of Naples, to its advisory board.

An industry thought leader for digital transformation, Kramer held various positions with different Germain dealerships prior to becoming a general manager of a Mercedes-Benz store at the early age of 24. Since then, Kramer has held the position as general manager at two AutoNation dealerships, attended AutoNation GMU University and has received many auto-industry awards, including the inaugural Automotive News “Top 40 under 40.”

“We are elated to have someone with Brian’s accomplishments, positive energy and transformative vision join our board,” said Quantum5 Co-Founder and CEO David O’Brien. “With nearly two decades of experience as a dealership GM under his belt, Brian gets it. He understands the training required to give dealerships the skillset needed to succeed in a technology-driven, fast-moving world.”

Under Kramer’s leadership, Germain Toyota of Naples has been recognized by several top industry publications, received an Edmunds Premier 5 Star Dealer Award, a recognition attained by only 3% of dealers in the nation, and is one of only four Florida dealers to win the honor three years in a row. Additionally, the franchise was the #1 Certified Pre-Owned Volume Dealer in Southwest Florida for 2019 and 2020, retailing over 10,000 vehicles during that period of time. Kramer’s team is currently leading the way in digital retail, virtual F&I, remote appraisals, remote/offsite transactions and much more.

“At Germain Toyota, we’ve been working with David and Quantum5 to teach our sales and service teams how to think critically rather than just follow a script,” said Kramer. “The rise of COVID-19 is accelerating our industry’s move to digital retail, which, in turn, will require a new set of skills. I am especially pleased to join the Quantum5 board, because of our shared vision of changing the consumer experience to better fit the times.”
