DealerSocket’s Digital Solutions Earn Genesis Certification

DealerFire website and PrecisePrice digital retail platforms are now available to Genesis' network of U.S. dealers through the Dealer Certified Website Program.

DealerSocket, Inc. announces that its DealerFire website and PrecisePrice digital retail platforms earned acceptance into the Genesis Dealer Website Certification Program (DWCP). The announcement comes eight months after the two platforms earned acceptance into Hyundai’s DWCP.

The new certifications mean DealerSocket’s DealerFire website and PrecisePrice digital retail platforms are now available to Hyundai’s and Genesis’ network of U.S.-based dealerships. To earn acceptance into both programs, DealerFire completed a robust selection process to ensure it provides best-in-class services, a national reach and extensive automotive industry expertise. Today’s announcement marks the 19th OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) certification for DealerFire.

“Earning acceptance into Hyundai’s digital program cemented an exciting 2019 for DealerSocket’s digital solutions, and we’ve continued that momentum into 2020 with today’s announcement of acceptance into the Genesis program,” said Eric Giroux, vice president of product management for DealerSocket’s digital solutions. “The car-buying journey has evolved. Every online interaction is magnified, and consumers are demanding a seamless path to purchase. DealerSocket’s DealerFire brings years of experience to provide the most seamless car-shopping experience available on the market today. DealerSocket’s DealerFire solutions are the clear No. 1 choice for Hyundai and Genesis dealers.”

Also available to Hyundai and Genesis dealers is DealerSocket’s PrecisePrice, a digital retail platform to come equipped with integrated desking software. The integration enables dealers to deliver penny-perfect price quotes with rebates, incentives and all applicable taxes and fees factored into the platform’s deal calculations. At the 2020 NADA Show, DealerSocket showcased a new integration between PrecisePrice and F&I Express’ network of 160 F&I product providers. The connection extends PrecisePrice’s pricing accuracy by enabling it to display VIN-specific F&I product rates.

PrecisePrice empowers dealers to deliver an authentic omnichannel buying experience, allowing car shoppers to engage the platform’s self-desking capabilities online, then save and retrieve their deal at a later time or in the dealership’s showroom. The functionality also allows BDC staffers and showroom salespeople to guide phone-in and walk-in shoppers through the PrecisePrice buying process on a mobile device in the showroom.
