What is one of your proudest accomplishments of your career?
My proudest accomplishment has been continuously learning and growing in the automotive industry. From starting as a service cashier at 19 to climbing the ladder and getting promoted to service manager by 30. At an early age I set my sights on running my own service department because I knew I had the knowledge and capability to train and lead others to success.
What is your best advice to other women who want to excel in the automotive industry?
My advice to other women who want to excel in the automotive industry is to be passionate about what you do and have patience. Take pride in what you do, and the work will speak for itself. Also remember when times get long and strenuous, the day will always end. Lastly, know you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to.
