DOWC Is One of New Jersey’s Best Places to Work

DOWC received high marks for its workplace environment, company ethics and policies, and for providing an opportunity for growth.

NJBIZ has unveiled the 2023 NJBIZ Best Places to Work honorees, and DOWC announced it has made the list, according to an article on NJBIZ.com.

DOWC was categorized as a “medium-sized company” (50-249 employees) and received high marks for its workplace environment, company ethics and policies, and for providing an opportunity for growth.

The article goes on to report:

Based upon the results of a survey conducted by BridgeTower Media’s Best Companies Group, the 2023 honorees across small (15 – 49 employees), medium (50 – 249 employees) and large (more than 250 employees) employers are determined from none other than their own employees.

The program confidentially collects data, allowing workers to share feedback about their employers, and for those companies to learn from and act on that knowledge.

To be eligible for consideration, organizations must meet several criteria, including having a facility in New Jersey.

All employees are based in New Jersey unless otherwise noted. The program had an unprecedented number of companies complete the survey process this year, so NJBIZ increased the number of winners to 150, up from 125 in 2022

NJBIZ will reveal the No. 1 employer in the state as well as the complete 2023 rankings Sept. 28 during the Best Places to Work awards ceremony, which will take place at the Event Center at iPlay America in Freehold. The event will begin with networking at 5 p.m., and the awards will be presented starting at 5:30 p.m., followed by a cocktail reception at 7 p.m.

Additionally, honorees will be included in a special section included with the Oct. 2 issue of NJBIZ.
