For nearly the last 10 years, buyers have relied on AutoAxess as their most trusted online auto auction. AutoAxess provides franchise and independent used car dealerships with a convenient, reliable and inexpensive solution to buying and selling wholesale vehicles. This revolutionary platform is available to dealers at less than half the cost of traditional brick and mortar auctions.

Autoaxess President Mark Codiroli is not a newcomer to the automobile industry. As a former dealer whose family-owned successful Ford, Mazda and Chrysler-Jeep dealerships in Livermore, CA, from 1965 to 2005, he decided to utilize technology to offer a more convenient way of doing business. The solution was autoaxess.com, a wholesale vehicle marketplace.

“When it came to wholesaling unwanted trade-ins, I used physical auctions, but found them to be extremely inefficient, impersonal and painfully expensive,” Codiroli said.

AutoAxess transformed the costly and time-consuming traditional model into a simple, profitable online process. To get started, dealers simply visit autoaxess.com to register in less than five minutes. Next, a highly trained AutoAxess expert inspector will visit the selling dealer (franchise dealers only) to inspect and upload their weekly wholesale trade-ins, thus entirely eliminating the transportation costs and risks of shipping cars to a physical auction.

AutoAxess said it ensures there are no surprises by providing transparent vehicle information, clear photos and extensive condition reports. All the seller has to do is watch the bids roll in on Thursday.

Every Thursday starting at 1 p.m., thousands of independent used car dealers sign on and bid on hundreds of fresh trade-ins from their desktops or mobile phones. Vehicles are auctioned 45 seconds apart and a live countdown clock shows the time left to bid on each vehicle. AutoAxess’ dedicated customer service team works hard to get the most cars sold at agreeable prices so both parties win. Once bids are accepted, AutoAxess takes care of the rest, including title and payment processing, transportation offerings and arbitration management.

“Because we don’t have the overhead of traditional physical auctions, we are able to offer our services at some of the lowest rates on the market,” Codiroli said.

Sellers save an average of $300 per car when compared to physical auctions. Users have reported saving more than $100,000 per year by utilizing AutoAxess.

AutoAxess offers their services at zero risk. Sellers pay nothing to upload unlimited vehicles, and a flat $65 fee per vehicle sold. Independent used car dealer buyers enjoy similar savings. Buyers pay a low buy fee starting at just $100.
