One of the most fulfilling accomplishments in my career is successfully balancing the responsibilities of maintaining my home and supporting my family while dedicating myself to my professional endeavors. In the fast-paced and people-centered automotive industry, where business operations never cease, I take pride in being readily available to address any challenges or issues that arise, even during unconventional hours. By establishing a strong rapport built on trust, transparency and integrity, I have fostered valuable relationships with all my clients. These connections have not only facilitated my personal and professional growth, but they have also enriched me spiritually. I genuinely cherish the bonds I have formed, as they have been instrumental in my continuous development as an individual.
What is your best advice to other women who want to excel in the automotive industry?
When it comes to excelling in the automotive industry, my best advice for other women is to hold onto your identity and stay true to yourself. In an industry predominantly dominated by men, it’s crucial not to feel pressured to conform in order to succeed. Women possess remarkable abilities and are a formidable force in this field. I am constantly amazed and inspired by the ways in which women apply their unique talents to assume leadership roles within our industry.
