How does helping others factor into the culture of your business?
We’ve recently celebrated our company’s first five years in business, and since the beginning, we have prioritized local community initiatives. Fostering a service-oriented company culture in our dealerships and the communities where our team members live and work is at the forefront of our mission.
Please share with us the causes that are important to you and your business.
Step One Automotive Group partners with charitable organizations, including the HSU Education Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast, Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, Saving with Soul Pet Rescue, Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, local military groups and so many more.
How do you encourage your team members to get involved?
Our team members need very little encouragement — they are enthusiastic about helping others. We believe this stems from our culture but also from the care and compassion that our team members have for the communities they serve.
What do you look for in a cause to determine if you will get involved? What advice can offer to others?
We look for opportunities to make an impactful contribution and prioritize our involvements based on community needs and charitable missions.
