What is one of your proudest accomplishments of your career?
I am most proud of my unique journey in automotive and the leadership role I hold today. I am pulling out parts of my educational training, my professional history and my communication skills to build a successful creative team that I grow with every day while being open-minded and collaborating with others and their ideas to complete our objectives. My proudest moments come from creating together.
What is your best advice to other women who want to excel in the automotive industry?
Always keep your spirit. You may feel inexperienced with a new challenge, but you can always lean on your talents that helped you reach that point. When facing the impossible, know that you will guide yourself through. Know that your biggest goals are achievable if you work with your best foot forward and that remaining true and adding passion to your projects, with support from the right team, will make you feel like you’ve already won.
