Each quarter, selected WiseCARES! Team members participate in a service event during business hours. By carefully selecting volunteers from each department, based on their personal charity preferences, we are allowing employees time to connect with team members they might not see on a daily basis. That alone helps enrich professional opportunities and personal connections to develop. Teamwork and culture are of the utmost importance to drive progress. We feel this concept is one of the key fundaments that has positioned Wise F&I as a top leader in the F&I industry. The WiseCARES! Service Event Program assists in improving employee health and well-being, increases morale both personally and professionally, and boosts a sense of community. Customer service and relationships are major factors in how Wise F&I positions themselves in the industry. Focusing on those fundamentals internally through community outreach, will only help strengthen our overall success.
