How does helping others factor into the culture of your business?
Helping others is paramount in our business at every level. Craig Zinn firmly believes that being a good businessperson is just as important as being a good person in business. This is a guiding principle for all of our dealerships and influences how we do business. We pride ourselves on being active members of the community where we have so many opportunities to give back and improve the lives of others.

We are fortunate to be involved with so many community partners and are always open to new opportunities to help those in need. We work with organizations that benefit the lives of adults and children, animals, kids in foster care, children seeking medical care, health and wellness for adults, military families, cancer organizations and so much more.
How do you encourage your team members to get involved?
Our team members are our family, and many have been with us since the beginning, so we want to support causes that are important to them. We lead by example and have an established but growing network of community partnerships. We’re always open to new opportunities and partnerships, so if a team member has an idea or feels strongly about a particular cause that aligns with our company, we want to empower them to become involved. Our philanthropy touches so many worthy causes across a number of diverse organizations, so there are plenty of opportunities for team members to help the local community.
What do you look for in a cause to determine if you will get involved? What advice can offer to others?
We always want to work with organizations that directly benefit those in the community and align with our company values. Giving back to the local community is so important and there are many ways to help. Even if you start small, just know that there is great potential to make a big difference right in your own backyard.
