What is the proudest accomplishment of your career thus far?
My proudest accomplishment thus far is earning the respect and trust of not only my employer and employees but of my customers as well.
What is your best advice to other women who want to excel in the automotive industry?
My best advice would be to learn the industry so that when you talk to your customers you feel confident and sure that you know what you are talking about.
What are some of the ways you have seen the industry support women?
The continuous training that Ford provides to keep their employees current with the changing trends and technology.
What is one thing the industry could do better/differently to support women?
Make the effort to show women that as far as the mechanics aspect, it’s not all about the physical strength of things anymore. It is more about staying up to date with new technology and that is becoming more of a demand than anything.
