Women at the Wheel 2022: Brittany Mills

2022 Honoree

General Manager
Bob Mills Mitsubishi Myrtle Beach

What is one of your proudest accomplishments of your career?

You get to where you are because of all the little decisions, actions and hard work that had to go into place along the way. I am proud of all the little moments that led my family to expand business into South Carolina and honored I get to continue to be part of that legacy.

In what do you credit your success and/or what do you think makes you stand apart from your peers?

I believe the recipe to success comes down to consistency, willingness and capability. Consistently showing up and elevating your game and everyone around you. The willingness to do whatever it takes to contribute to the vision. The capability to motivate and push everyone’s game to the next level around us. We make it a priority every day to put the right people in the right seat. As long as we are here, we will never stop growing.

What tools do you use to help you grow in the industry?

The greatest resource has been and will be found from the relationships we’ve developed from our peer groups. The greatest automotive industry leaders I’ve met have all been willing to help coach and train each other from NADA and NCM 20 Groups to the SCADA Young Dealer Association. I’m also fortunate enough to have a family of entrepreneurs that I turn to for guidance.

What is your best advice to other women who want to excel in the automotive industry?

Be yourself at the highest level and when you think you’ve made it, reach even higher. Discover your strengths, lean in and never stop learning.
