What is one of your proudest accomplishments of your career?

My proudest accomplishment has been watching the people I assist within multiple stores grow and succeed in their careers, this is one of the many highlights of my job. My passion is to help others grow, which keeps me looking for multiple opportunities for them to succeed day after day. I go about everything I do with a servant heart, and the abundance of smiles and excitement when something new is working fills my heart.

In what do you credit your success and/or what do you think makes you stand apart from your peers?

I credit my success to multiple mentors throughout my entire career. I was fortunate to learn from some of the industry’s top performers. I surround myself with multiple mentors to consistently grow because I believe that we are never done learning. I also credit my husband Bob Revermann’s support on the hardest days and also his encouragement to not let anyone hold me down. He is my strongest cheerleader every day.

What tools do you use to help you grow in the industry?

I use a variety of tools such as multiple CRM, providers, DMS, reporting and training resources. There are many ways to accomplish goals for dealers, but I love StonEagle reporting because it helps in uncovering so many things I use in my job daily. I also read leadership books and success stories from many industries. I believe keeping the people I work around motivated is a huge tool for success.

What is your best advice to other women who want to excel in the automotive industry?

The best advice I have for fellow women in this industry is always handle all obstacles with grace and patience and you will be unstoppable. I would encourage more women to look at this industry and not be intimidated by some of the old school mentalities that are so far and few between in this day and age. You can’t change an industry from the sidelines, and if you don’t like what you see, make a solution and go after it. This is the fire that has driven me to success over the years.
