Stream Companies Announces Strategic Investment from Sverica Capital Management

Stream will leverage Sverica's resources and expertise to expand the company's portfolio of technology solutions and allied services, geared toward improving advertising reach and efficiencies for OEMs and dealerships.

Stream Companies, LLC (Stream), a retail advertising, technology and analytics provider, recently announced a strategic investment from Sverica Capital Management LP (Sverica), a leading investment firm based in San Francisco, CA.

Founded in 1996, Stream has accomplished many “firsts” in helping automotive manufacturers and dealerships by delivering retail traffic to their physical stores. Today Stream is one of the largest advertising solution providers in the $10B tier three automotive advertising and technology market.

Stream will leverage Sverica’s resources and expertise to expand the company’s portfolio of technology solutions and allied services, geared toward improving advertising reach and efficiencies for automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and automotive dealerships. This investment follows over twenty years of strong company growth during which Stream expanded its executive leadership team, invested heavily in SaaS product development and infrastructure build-out, completed multiple acquisitions while maintaining a strong culture, and formed extensive partner integrations.

“We are excited to partner with David and Jason to build upon their 22 years of consecutive growth and industry-leading customer and employee satisfaction. The Stream team has created a compelling technology-enabled solution that provides unique value to its customers, thus positioning Stream for continued success,” said Jordan Richards, managing partner at Sverica.

Ryan Harstad, principal at Sverica, added, “Auto dealers and other consumer-facing businesses face intensifying competition for retail traffic amidst a rapidly evolving landscape of marketing vendors, media and technology. After years of market research, Sverica is confident that David, Jason and the rest of ‘Team Orange’ have uniquely positioned Stream to give clients the edge they need to succeed.”

“Sverica has a track record of bringing high-level strategic guidance, talent development and analytic support to their partners. We couldn’t be more pleased to be partnered with Jordan, Ryan and the team,” said Co-Founders David Regn and Jason Brennan.

Today, Stream’s solutions include traditional and digital advertising services for automotive dealers and OEMs, as well as FullThrottle — their marketing and technology stack — which includes in-market shopper identification, an automotive-focused DMP and DSP dealership website platform, and a dealership one-to-one marketing tool utilizing real-time data.
