Ship.Cars® Announces Enhanced Features for Auctions and Dealers, as Part of Its LoadMate Pro Offering.

Improving the transportation process for auctions and dealers to move single-vehicle loads

Ship.Cars, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the car hauling industry, announces the release of a host of new features, to support auto transport for auctions and dealers. A practical addition to Ship.Cars’ LoadMate Pro, Driveaway digitalizes and brings efficiencies to the dispatch and transportation process for short-distance, single-vehicle shipments. Auctions and dealers will be able to experience LoadMate Pro’s Driveaway for themselves in February.

Driveaway empowers shippers to create, and dispatch loads directly to their own Driveaway drivers and receive updates digitally within the LoadMate Pro platform. Driveaway reduces manual processes and the need for old-fashioned tools to save time and increase transparency during the dispatch and transportation of shipments. After creating their load, auctions can automate the dispatch process, assigning Vins directly for the Driveaway driver of their choice, making dispatch quicker, easier and paperless. Onboarding drivers is a seamless process that only takes a couple of minutes to set up.

Additionally, this feature supports auction/driver interactions post-dispatch. It makes instantaneously available for the auction all pickup, delivery, and additional information the driver is processing.

Managing drivers has long been a challenge and a completely manual process and giving auctions a solution to it would allow them to focus spending their time and money on value-added activities, all while improving the overall transportation experience.
