The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced the expansion of its Tampa, Florida, staffing facility. Reynolds purchased and modernized an expansive building to house associates working on the company’s popular Service Price Guides and Advanced Service products, as well as staff for ReconTRAC and GoMoto.

Located along the banks of Tampa’s Hillsborough River, the newly updated office space allows Reynolds to provide increased support levels for its growing fixed operations products.

“Investing in and growing our facilities drives innovation and ultimately benefits dealerships,” said Jason Sideris, vice president of fixed operations product planning. “This new space will help Reynolds continue to grow and hone our world-class customer service and training programs.”

By purchasing the building, Reynolds was able to design the space for enhanced product presentations and training — both of which will better equip more customers, more efficiently, than previously possible. It also allows for further expansion and future growth to best support the company’s customers.

“The success of our customers is our priority,” said Chris Walsh, president of Reynolds. “This new facility will help us support our customers even further and provide additional opportunities for them to learn how to maximize their profitability using our products.”

Reynolds’ commitment to constantly improving support for dealerships through expanded and modernized facilities is not limited to its Tampa location. Construction projects in Tallahassee, Florida; Houston, Texas; Celina, Ohio; and Dayton, Ohio, are just some of the many that are currently underway or planned for the near future.
