PBS Systems, a leading provider of DMS software, held its 21st Annual PBS Dealer Conference at the Hyatt Regency and TELUS Convention Centre in downtown Calgary September 18-20, 2019. Approximately 360 software users attended the Conference in the company’s hometown.
The Event for Automotive Professionals provides a fresh approach to the latest innovations and best practices in the PBS software, giving customers the tools and tactics to best achieve efficiency and profitability in the dealership. PBS product experts hosted an assortment of training sessions covering every component of the dealership, including Fixed Operations, Sales, Accounting, CRM and IT Security.
“Conference helps us to determine what’s the most strategic for the greatest number of customers, so that we can make people’s lives easier in using the software, selling more cars and improving efficiency. Absolutely everything we build is focused on either profitability or efficiency, and those two goals underline everything that we are trying to push through in the software. Conference gives us the chance to explore the software together, fostering dialogue and engagement to develop the appropriate path moving forward.” Chris Bradley, VP Software & Services – PBS Systems
Conference attendees also had the opportunity to network with other dealership professionals and PBS staff. Every year, this event provides dealerships with the opportunity to voice their opinions about the DMS product and shape where PBS is headed in the future.
