NuVinAir Global Hires Former AutoNation Executive, Troy Blackwell, to Lead Operations

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, Mr. Blackwell joins NuVinAir Global from AutoNation, where he worked as a senior director, spearheading a major brand extension for the largest automotive group in the nation.

Dallas, TX — NuVinAir Global, a privately held company offering patented vehicle-cleanliness solutions and revenue-generating platforms to automotive dealerships across the United States, recently announced Troy Blackwell as its Senior Vice President, Global Operations. Reporting to the company’s Chief Executive Officer and founder, Kyle Bailey, he is responsible for providing leadership and vision for the company’s customer programs, operational controls, and franchise distributor success.

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, Mr. Blackwell joins NuVinAir Global from AutoNation, where he worked as a senior director, spearheading a major brand extension for the largest automotive group in the nation. During his tenure, he helped launch a chain of stand-alone used-car dealerships called AutoNation USA, which streamlines the car-buying process with new technology and a no-haggle strategy.

Prior to AutoNation, Mr. Blackwell worked for more than a decade at CarMax, the country’s largest used-car retailer and a Fortune 500 company, where he served as both regional sales development leader and general manager. He started his leadership career at Target, where he developed strong teams to help fuel results-driven company growth. Mr. Blackwell earned a bachelor of arts degree in human resource management from California State University at Sacramento, which he credits to his success in developing and motivating hard-working teams.
