Evan Riley: We’re super excited to be back in person here at NADA. FlickFusion’s excited to be able to handshake and meet the people we’ve been working with over the last couple of years. FlickFusion works with a network of resellers and direct dealers to provide video marketing tools that meet any dealer where they are — whether they have no strategy yet, or they’re starting out with one, or they have an advanced one that they want to build on. We know this handshake mentality we can get here in person at NADA is great. And we want to be able to bring that to the online forum as well. So many car buyers today are living online and starting their whole process online. And we want to make sure that your internet represents that classical handshake approach.

We know people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. And we want to make sure they know all about your stores. There are reasons why our dealers should be the one that choose the car. It’s not just the vehicle. It’s not just the price. It’s not just the facilities. It’s the people that live there. And we want that story told online. We do that with a series of video marketing tools from our inventory videos to interactive 360s that give a better engagement to your website, a more personal feel, that online test driveability, all on your website, all in one platform. We want to expand that handshake to a video email so that you can introduce yourself, let the customer know before they get to your store, why they should choose you, why you’re the right person to buy. And we want to provide easy tools that make the whole thing seamless.

So again, if you want to take your high-level customers, why should I choose this, this vehicle? Why should I choose this dealership? Why should I choose this salesperson? Why should I choose today? We want all that information in video format. Google doesn’t lie. And they tell us that video is the way people want to consume their information. So we want to bring the entire experience to the online forum. And the number one question we get is, well, how? I don’t know how to do this, Evan. I don’t know how to do this at all. Well, great news is, we have some automated platforms and some automated videos that give you a great strategy right out of the box. We don’t anticipate you stop there, but you got to start somewhere. And we have some automated to take your existing inventory photos and create interactive 360s and video for every vehicle on your lot.

You already take photos, and we want to get you more value for those. What we find is once you have that first experience, you’re going to want to expand on that. You want to take a little more detailed walk around, maybe you have a service manager or something you want to introduce, make sure the community knows and have that all on your inventory, on your website as well. Another thing we like doing is being able to expand that personal touch via live streaming or video calling or video emailing.

Car buying’s supposed to be fun! Car buying’s supposed to be an experience. And so many customers are missing out on that. With these big box stores that’ll ship you the car. So again, we want to make sure we provide easy tools to provide the best merchandising of your car, whether that’s an interactive video or interactive 360 or the video follow up, so that anybody in your dealership can start this process and help attract more business to your store.

It’s so important today to build that trust and build that understanding so that you don’t just have price buyers. Price doesn’t sell cars, but online through just email and just texting, we find that that’s the only objection we’re running into. So we know that when they find out that you’re an upstanding member of the community, providing a genuine service, want to make sure they get the right vehicle, the right vehicle for not only them, but then their daughter and their friend and your next vehicle. They want to know who they buy their cars from. And the people buy vehicles from people they trust and doing that via video allows our customers to provide the best service on an emerging online platform.

In my opinion, this handshake model that we’ve gotten to experience again here at NADA is the best. I’m not going to tell anybody that having that one-to-one right in front of me experience is not the best way to get ahold of somebody, but when that’s not available, like it is so much today. And like it has been over the last few years, we want to adapt to the future of automotive selling. We can do that through a series of products that are seamless and easy.

We want to make sure that this does not disrupt your process, not huge expensive equipment that you have to buy it, that everybody can understand. I love the stories where I see a young man at a store that done nothing, picks up a video tool of FlickFusion, and grows a career in the automotive industry. It’s provided me a life that I can’t express enough gratitude for, and I know it can continue to do that through the future. The dealership model is not gone, but it is changing and FlickFusion wants to use the power of video, the data-driven portion behind that video and the emotional aspect of car buying to help all dealers move into the future of this platform.

We’re super excited to be able to do this. If you have any questions, you’re welcome to go to our website, flickfusion.com or give us a call at (515) 334-9638. Any of our staff members can answer any your questions. Again, my name’s Evan Riley. I’d be happy to guide you from where you’re at, even if it’s the beginning or well advanced, all the way through, into the future, through our video marketing products. And we’re super excited to be back here at NADA can’t. Thank you guys for listening to our video and hope you have a great day and go get the rest of the month closed out.
