Matt Wadiak: Hi, I’m Matt Wadiak with AutoStaff. We are so excited to be here at the 2022 NADA convention in exciting Las Vegas, Nevada, representing our company, AutoStaff.

AutoStaff is an automotive recruiting and training company that specializes in helping automotive dealerships throughout the country hire, train and retain top talent for their organizations so they can achieve their goals.

At AutoStaff, we understand firsthand the pain that dealers are experiencing with cost of high employee turnover. High employee turnover, is not only an exorbitant expense, but it also causes a drain on a dealership’s morale, productivity and overall profitability.

At AutoStaff, we understand that we’re never going to help eliminate employee turnover, but we know with the right solution that we can drastically reduce turnover for a dealership and show them a higher return on investment by hiring the right people, getting the right people in the right places and then helping train those individuals on the processes that are going to help them to become the best versions of themselves and ultimately help that company grow into the future.

It all starts with recruiting. At AutoStaff, we’ve perfected an innovative recruiting solution that incorporates both passive recruiting and active recruiting. You may be familiar with passive recruiting. That’s where you post an ad online, or perhaps with an automated tracking system in the hopes that you’re going to attract the candidate. They’re going to apply for the position. The challenge with passive recruiting alone is that there’s just simply not enough of active job seekers out there these days to be able to have the adequate candidate pull you need to recruit the right people. In fact, you may be incorporating that process at your dealership right now, and that may be what’s leading to your frustration and not being able to fill those hard to fill roles.

With active recruiting, on the other hand, you’re actively targeting individuals who have the skillset and experience that you’re looking for to fill the role. All active recruiting is much more targeted and much more strategic. It’s more like spear fishing. What you’re doing is you’re engaging with candidates who have the skillset and experience that you’re looking for, and you’re communicating your job offer to them with the intent to encourage them to want to make a career change and ultimately winning them over to your team.

By utilizing passive recruiting in your recruiting strategy, you’re only going to reach out to and engage with the 7% of the workforce who is actively looking for a job. By incorporating passive and active recruiting into your recruiting strategy, you’re now reaching the 70% of the workforce who may not particularly be looking for a job at that particular moment, but who will consider making a career change if presented with the right opportunity at the right time.

And that’s exactly what AutoStaff does for you. By incorporating both a passive and active recruiting approach, you’re going to increase your chances of hiring the right candidate by tenfold.

Besides recruiting, the second component to minimizing employee turnover or high employee turnover is to train your people properly on the proper skills that are necessary. At AutoStaff, we’ve developed a training program that is cutting edge and state of the art. Our training program will help prepare your staff with the knowledge, attitude, skills and habits to succeed, not only in the short term, but a long term as they build their career with your organization.

At AutoStaff, all of our recruiters and trainers have multiple years of experience in the automotive industry. They are in the field., so they know firsthand, industry best practices, and they are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with your staff.

To sum it all up, AutoStaff would love to partner with you and help you do all the heavy lifting as far as sourcing, screening and scheduling top candidates for your dealership, and then getting them prepared with the right training and the right skills to succeed.

We’d love to talk to you to please contact us at our website – autostaff360.com or please feel free to call us at (813) 212-2892. Thank you so much for your time. We’re looking forward to partnering with you and we’d love to help you grow your people and grow your business. Thank you.
