Market Scan Introduces Three New Products Designed to Increase Dealer Profitability and Improve Customer Experience

Market Scan debuted three new products, mPortal, mDrive and mProve Diagnostics, at NADA 2019.

mPortal allows the dealer to control their entire online payment quoting presence and ensures that every payment quoted on their vehicles (via any source) correctly reflects the dealer’s preferred profit margin, exact fee structure and all possible credit scenarios. mPortal will ensure there will be no disconnect between payments quoted online and what the customer will be quoted at the dealership.

mDrive instantly answers every consumer’s question: “What Can I Drive?” and takes everything into consideration to provide a consumer with a list of vehicles that meet their criteria and preferences based on credit profile, budget, driving habits and distance from the dealership. mDrive gives the consumer an opportunity to shop dealer’s inventory and review a relevant list of cars they should consider. Each vehicle’s PVI (Payment Value index) is included so the consumer can easily identify the most “bang for their buck.”

mProve Diagnostics is a software-based sales analysis tool that evaluates every one of the dealer’s sales transactions. It will show where the dealer has missed profit opportunities and is leaving money on the table — and how to stop the bleeding. The analysis will show exactly how each transaction should have been constructed to improve the gross profit of each deal and potentially add hundreds of thousands of dollars to the bottom line annually — without having to sell more cars.
