Konect.ai Incorporates ChatGPT for Smarter Dealership Conversations

Konect.ai, a leading provider of SMS-based solutions, is thrilled to announce that it is fully integrated with OpenAI’s ChatGPT, a state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) technology.

Konect.ai, a leading provider of SMS-based solutions, is thrilled to announce that it is fully integrated with OpenAI’s ChatGPT, a state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) technology. This integration allows Konect.ai to provide a variety of trained AI conversations that make more sense to customers by using more natural and conversational replies instead of simple yes or no or data answers.

The integration with ChatGPT allows the Konect.ai team of developers to engineer prompts that are customized to ensure they’re more conversational and inclusive of VIN-specific vehicle information from the dealership data feed. This approach provides simple replies that have been tested for automotive preference. With the rollout of GPT-4 this week, Konect.ai developers were given priority API access on Wednesday to contribute model evaluations for future merges and improvements. GPT-4 is expected to be ready for Konect.aiintegration in the next couple of months.

“We’re delighted to be fully integrated with ChatGPT because this allows us to provide our customers with even more powerful AI models,” said Cole Kutschinski, President of Konect.ai. “Our team of developers is already hard at work creating prompts that make conversations more effective and user-friendly for our partners and their customers.”

“Integrating with ChatGPT is a game-changer,” said Paul Lehal, CTO and Founder of Konect.ai. “This advanced NLP technology allows us to provide more intelligent and intuitive responses to customers, increasing satisfaction and ultimately driving more results for our dealer partners. Leveraging the cutting-edge capabilities of ChatGPT will push the boundaries of what’s possible in conversational AI.”

Konect.ai’s direct-to-dealer solutions streamline their customer service processes while providing natural answers that can inform users of specs like engine, wheel, seat, and blind spot information. Dealership benefits from the integration include building stronger relationships, boosting customer satisfaction, and increasing opportunities for the sales teams.
